Our Famous Drinks Highlighted on SA LIVE
We couldn’t let the SA LIVE team come in without putting them to work! Jen Tobias-Struski (“Java Jen”) made some latte art, served up an espresso martini, and taste-tested our most popular energy drink flavors.
Latte
Creating the perfect latte is an art, and it all starts with expertly steamed milk and a steady hand. During the SA LIVE visit, our barista, Sebastian, walked the team through the entire process. He taught them that to get the best latte art, you need to pour the steamed milk close to the surface.

Espresso Martini
At Archies, our espresso martini is a customer favorite and one of our best-selling cocktails, known for its perfect balance of rich coffee and smooth sweetness. We use locally sourced espresso beans, exclusively blended for us with notes of cinnamon, caramel, and red grape, ensuring every sip is full of flavor. To elevate this classic cocktail, we add our homemade brown sugar syrup, which brings a warm sweetness that perfectly complements the espresso and Kahlua. It’s the perfect pick-me-up with a twist!
Plant-Based Energy Drinks
During the SA LIVE segment, our plant-based energy drinks took center stage, showcasing what makes them uniquely Archies. Our signature flavor, Lightning, blends tropical coconut, lemon, and passion fruit for a refreshing, bright taste, while the Maui Mango flavor combines mango, chamoy, and Tajín for a Texan kick.
These drinks are not only delicious but also provide a clean energy boost without the crash, thanks to their plant-based ingredients. It’s a cold, energizing burst that keeps you feeling refreshed and focused all day long!
As our owner Krystina Padilla explained, “The energy drinks are so popular because of the bright colors. The caffeine comes from the green coffee beans, so it is plant-based. This is before the coffee beans are roasted, so for those people that are craving that caffeine boost – especially in the afternoons but they’ve already had their coffee in the morning – this is a good way to get that caffeine.”
